Each player may maintain only one active ibeth account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited under PAGCOR regulations. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and associated bonuses forfeited without appeal.

The ibeth Platform and all gaming Services are exclusively available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

ibeth reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ibeth may result in Account suspension or closure pending verification.

Each individual Player may maintain only one active ibeth Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. ibeth uses technical and manual verification methods to identify duplicate Accounts. ibeth will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access attributable to a Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting ibeth support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Outstanding balance at the time of closure will be paid out to the Player's registered payment method subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Credits.
ibeth accepts deposits from Players through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit, which currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. ibeth reserves the right to return deposits and suspend Accounts where third-party funding is detected.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. ibeth does not charge deposit fees on its end; any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
GCash Deposits: GCash deposits to ibeth are credited to your Account within approximately 30 seconds of confirmation in the GCash application. If your deposit does not appear within 5 minutes, contact ibeth support with your GCash transaction reference number before attempting to repeat the deposit.
Deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). ibeth does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All Account balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP.
Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Account balance (excluding Bonus Credits that have not met wagering requirements) at any time through the ibeth Account interface. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
ibeth reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) account verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms abuse; (c) a chargeback or dispute has been raised on the Account; or (d) active compliance investigations require funds to be held.
Withdrawal requests that remain pending beyond the standard processing window due to ibeth-side delays (excluding delays caused by the Player's payment provider or incomplete Player verification) will be escalated automatically for priority review.
ibeth offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and free spin credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:
All Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of the Bonus Credits or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each promotion. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus subject to a 20× wagering requirement requires ₱20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is established.
Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games, including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack, typically contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms. All Bonus Credits carry an expiry period stated in the promotion terms, typically measured from the date the bonus is issued. Bonus Credits and associated winnings that have not been withdrawn or met wagering requirements before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically from the Account.
ibeth actively monitors for promotional abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple Accounts; using low-risk betting patterns designed to fulfill wagering requirements while minimizing actual risk; coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotions; and providing false information to claim eligibility for a promotion. Where promotional abuse is detected, ibeth reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings and close the Account without notice.
Important: ibeth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect wagering progress already accumulated by eligible Players before the change takes effect.
ibeth provides access to games from third-party software providers including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, WM Casino, and others. The outcome of each game is determined by the software provider's certified systems or, in the case of live casino games, by the physical results of live game equipment operated by professional dealers on camera.
Each game available on ibeth is subject to the rules and return-to-player (RTP) parameters set by the respective software provider and certified by independent testing laboratories. ibeth does not alter the RTP or game logic of any third-party game.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the outcome recorded in ibeth's system logs and the game provider's server logs will be treated as definitive. Where a technical malfunction affects a game's outcome, ibeth reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays to the extent permitted under applicable regulations.
Bets placed after the official close of a betting period — whether in live casino, sports betting, or any other timed game — will be voided and staked amounts returned. ibeth is not responsible for network delays on the Player's end that result in bets being placed after the betting window closes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ibeth Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, ibeth is not obligated to return any balance held in that Account beyond the minimum required by PAGCOR regulations. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Player's breach, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player through a verified payment method within a reasonable period.

All content on the ibeth Platform, including but not limited to the ibeth brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of ibeth or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ibeth Platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only. This license does not permit: reproduction or distribution of Platform content; creation of derivative works based on ibeth materials; commercial use of any ibeth brand element; or framing, scraping, or indexing the Platform through automated means.
Game content made available through ibeth is licensed to ibeth by third-party game providers. ibeth does not own or claim ownership of third-party game content, and Players' use of those games is subject to both ibeth's Terms and the relevant provider's applicable terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ibeth's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ibeth Platform is limited to the amount deposited by the Player into their ibeth Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

ibeth processes personal data collected from Players in accordance with the ibeth Privacy Policy, available at ibeth.one/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an Account, you consent to ibeth's collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected by ibeth may be shared with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory bodies where required by law, with KYC and anti-money laundering service providers for verification purposes, and with payment processors in connection with deposit and withdrawal transactions. ibeth does not sell Player personal data to third-party marketing entities.
ibeth reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication of the revised Terms on ibeth.one/terms-conditions. ibeth will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of material changes through a notification on the Platform or via SMS to registered Players, but is not obligated to provide individual notice for minor amendments or corrections.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ibeth Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact ibeth support to attempt resolution of any dispute through ibeth's internal dispute resolution process. For disputes involving PAGCOR-regulated gaming outcomes, Players may also escalate to PAGCOR's designated dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.
The language of these Terms, and of any dispute resolution proceedings, is English. Where translations of these Terms are provided for convenience, the English-language version shall govern in all cases of inconsistency.
